All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and they gave me a rubber duck for my first Jeep purchase. What really stands out to me is the continued support they provide AFTER the vehicle is purchased - including the ability to text my dealer with any questions or concerns.

Took my vehicle in for a “courtesy inspection/post purchase inspection” everything was good on the car other then the concern I mentioned of washer fluid not spraying on windshield but leaking out under hood insulation. Was quoted $591.xx for new line and nozzles(sprayers) installed. I checked rockauto ordered the line and nozzles for $77.23 took the hood insulation off to replace everything and all I essentially needed was the nozzles the line was fine. Replaced nozzles and works great. So be careful with them trying to upsell extra parts you may truly not need.

Hands down best dealership I have ever been to . TK & the managers are great to deal with & welcoming. I saw a Jeep I liked “ wasn’t even planning on getting a new car that day & the whole process took about 30 minutes. I purchased a truck on 12/7/25 was easy and painless. No stress and the did everything they promised left happy . BUT..... My wife also wanted a truck and requested pics. 2 weeks later ..nothing... so we both contacted the sales manager and again we requested pics.. he said we would have them the next day .... almost 3 weeks later NOTHING... so we are currently looking elsewhere.. UPDATE... 3/12/26 as you see the GM responded to i tried multiple times to call her . It says I'm on a call back list.. .must be a long list because it's been a week ... WERE DONE...
