So I was in a bit of a bind waiting for a bunch of factors to fall into place to buy a car, reached out about a vehicle and as expected heard back really quickly which was nice. What was even better was when I went in to talk to them. The building, and environment was clean, and the people greeted me right away. After speaking to the head of sales who id been corresponding with I got placed with Ashley who did a wonderful job and was on the ball the entire way. I wholeheartedly recommend the experience I had and am extremely pleased with the vehicle I walked away with.

Brian B and “J” made what could have been a very stressful experience much less so. Both were quick to respond to questions, there was no pressure once in the showroom, and time was taken to guide us through concerns over the car and paperwork.

After a long search for vehicles and walking out of many dealerships we found McGuire. It was an hour long ride from home.... It was well worth it. We were tired of the process, we didn't even drive the vehicle that we bought because we had driven so many others and could not come to terms. The process was straight forward we outlined what we expected for both the trade and the vehicle, Mo, our sales liaison was great, he brought humor and made the transaction very pleasant. Much to our surprise, we came to the dealer later on a Saturday and they stayed far past closing time to deliver the vehicle the same day! 10 out of 10

The saleman I had the greatest respect for (Matt) . While the deal eventually went through, On the day of my pick up there were issues with financing not having to do with anything on my part. The deal nearly was scrubbed by myself solely out of frustration for the situation. in spite of Matt having a death in his family and clearly should have been there with them, he stuck it out with me and saw it through to its completion. If i dealt solely with the sales manager, I would have walked on the deal and took my business elsewhere. I have worked with this sales manage a few times over the years and found him lacking in some areas and customer skills a bit behind the ball. Needs some improvment for sure. While he may be a skilled and experienced in auto sales, he clearly needs some attention and guidance to sharpen them up. I was quite underwhelmed with his performance and have been underwhelmed with him in the past. Generally, my experience with Maguire is excellent with that one exception.

Good price for the car i bought. Sales rep was knowledgeable, however felt rushed at the end, when I asked before signing the paper work if there was 2 keys the guy said that they usaully keep the 2nd key with the binder upstairs. When we shook hands i asked about the other key again and he disregaurded me and said no there wasnt a second key.

I highly recommend not to buy a vehicle from McGuire Jeep Chrysler Syracuse, New York very very unprofessional. Nobody wanted to help me. Nobody wanted to talk to me and finally the GM Mrs. called me and she said we are not going to help you.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 they did offer me an extended warranty. It was like 200 and some odd dollars more but I said after the warranty is over and nothing has happened to the truck. Do I still keep that Payment going and she said yes well I said no I don’t want the extended warranty because of that I’ve made two payments on this truck. and now I’ve gotta miss work. I gotta figure out a way to get my trailers to where they gotta be. I got explained to my customers why I’m not there.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 they have no excuse so whatever the response is to this there is no excuse I offered to pay half to get my truck fixed

This review is about the people that got me into a truck and not about the vehicle itself. John Burgess and Brian Benford are the two that made it happen. Brian has to be one the best in his field. I was ready to essentially destroy my family suv for work when he managed to pull what I consider an uno reverse card on me. After I had told him I wasn’t going to go forward with the truck he showed me the KBB/NADA value and very politely told me that he wouldn’t bother me if I truly was not interested but wanted me to see that the vehicle in question was booked far far less than it was worth due to some cosmetic issues and the truck had the value to eat the negative equity from my car. All in all he did it wonderfully. This is far from my first experience with a dealership and I am aware of how things can work. John worked synchronously with Brian to sweeten the deal and fix things I found important on the vehicle. They showed me the value of not just choosing them but also the reason to get this truck. And after a long weekend with the truck and 600 miles, I feel pretty good about things. The entire team was friendly, on the day of pickup Brian was helping another individual and I stood around chatting with other associates and it was just an awesome experience. Maguire in my experience has always been friendly and do right by their customers and I’m sure there are those that feel that is not the case. But I had a good experience with the people, I separate them from the product since they are there to show us value in the product they sell, they don’t manufacture the product nor do they personally fix it. Keep this in mind whenever you are looking to get a vehicle or need one repaired. To add to this, this is a business that exists for profit, not the goodness of their hearts. That doesn’t mean they are evil or out to get you, it just means that no matter what’s happening they want to be friendly and respectful but they can’t just hand out goods and services as they got bills to pay like the rest of us. Thank you to both John and Brian.

Worked with Brian on a 2025 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Between speaking over the phone for initial conversations and on property through entire process, I felt comfortable and at ease purchasing the truck. I put my best foot forward negotiating a deal that ChatGPT told me to follow, but knew that Brian was giving me a good deal for my trade in and the 2025 Ram I drove off the lot. Had a really great experience trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new one! My salesman was Mo who was wonderful to work with, I felt supported with absolutely 0 pressure. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and they gave me a rubber duck for my first Jeep purchase. What really stands out to me is the continued support they provide AFTER the vehicle is purchased - including the ability to text my dealer with any questions or concerns.

Took my vehicle in for a “courtesy inspection/post purchase inspection” everything was good on the car other then the concern I mentioned of washer fluid not spraying on windshield but leaking out under hood insulation. Was quoted $591.xx for new line and nozzles(sprayers) installed. I checked rockauto ordered the line and nozzles for $77.23 took the hood insulation off to replace everything and all I essentially needed was the nozzles the line was fine. Replaced nozzles and works great. So be careful with them trying to upsell extra parts you may truly not need.

I have purchased 2 cars from TJ em in the past 3 months and Mo Badwan and Gary was amazing salesmen that helped out tremendously! Highly recommend!

Sorry for the delay but had a great experience with Maguire. Back in February I needed a vehicle after I totaled my old one. I had a limited time to shop around before my insurance company stopped paying for my rental. My first stop was Maguire as they had a special on new Grand Cherokees. I met with TK who was extremely helpful. After a test drive and some minor negotiating we came to a price that was below what I anticipated. The sales manager (I forgot his name) was also helpful in applying some incentives that I wasn't aware of. At no point did I feel pressured or intimidated. It was probably my least stressful new car buying experience. TK was very professional and answered all my concerns. Well done!

Matt Perra is my go to guy, I always get A+ service with a smile from the bald guy with the beard. He goes above and beyond whats expected from a salesman every time. I had a great experience today with Brian B! I reached out to him last week with the car I wanted in mind and he immediately was ready to help. Brian B & Brayden were not only able to get me in the vehicle I wanted in a reasonable time frame, they also were very willing to negotiate pricing and answer any questions throughout the whole car buying process. I would recommend them both to assist with any of your car needs.

I called the sales department, and got “Joe” the “manager” who started by basically responding to my question about a car and if it was for sale in the manner of “we don’t sell to out of state customers”. I asked why a New York located dealership wouldn’t sell to a someone in Massachusetts… quite confused… Somewhat begrudgingly, Joe explained that he might entertain selling to a Massachusetts buyer, and asked if I was a private buyer. He then tried to apologize that he meant only to “screen” out buyers who are other dealers or brokers from “buying their cars at their very low low internet prices” tax free and then turn around and sell it for a profit, and it isn’t something they appreciate. With that out of the way, he looked up the car, confirmed it was in stock, and that a dealership employee would text me photos within the next 5-10 minutes. Then proceeded to say how they could do most of the transaction remotely, sending details and financing and whatnot before I drove there. Which sounded lovely….. It’s been four hours. No phone call. No text. No contact apologizing that they got busy. They only ever got my phone call, because I am watching for a particular make & model & features combination, and I don’t know if I will be interested enough to keep trying with a dealership who presumes the worst in people and doesn’t have the follow through to actually live up to its own managers word. Perhaps Monday will tell a different story, this review is subject to change if they resolve the issue and apologize. [ Edit - 4 weeks later ] Called back the Manager at their request. Explained my situation, and they listened intently. Issue 1: The rude attitude and the presumption that I was a broker/dealer was apologized for, and manager agreed that this wasn't good enough. Issue 2: The failure to contact; while the manager confirmed that I didn't hear or recall the name of the employee correctly, they took responsibility for the team failing to contact me back, and explained that the car in question was undergoing work off their dealership lot, and thus it has been assumed that the person handed the task likely didn't know what to do about contacting me, so they never contacted me back. Manager has been diligent about contacting me back, and we've discussed that car further. Unknown whether or not we'll do business at this location at this stage, but I'd say that the business deserves a better rating because at least the Management cared enough to explain and to listen, which isn't common these days.

Matt was the best Salesman, kind courteous, and very helpful. Got the best deal! Second time around with McGuire! Thanks Matt
