I used to consider Maguire a reputable dealership. We bought a 2019 Silverado from Maguire in January 2025. It will be our last. 3 months after the purchase an oil cooler line popped off and all the oil drained out of the engine. We have since learned this is a well-known but very serious issue for these models, for which GM issued a Global bulletin. Salesperson was unprofessional several times during the course of the sales transaction among other things. This salesperson would benefit from more training on sales presentation. We felt like our time or business was not valuable. We disclosed this on the paper survey we were given, no one addressed our concerns. This person sat in their chair as we were leaving, no thank you, no hand shake for doing business there..owner should look at the camera recording of everything to see the poor salesmanship this person displayed- good video of what not to do!

I took my vehicle Maguire and couldn’t be more disappointed. I spent 2,500 on repairs and when I picked it up, the service 4-wheel drive alert was on and 3 of the 4 tires were low. So much for a test drive before giving it back to the customer. So back I went and was told there were issues with the 4 wheel drive but they were covered under the warranty. Took my 2014 Ram in for warranty work for the front fuel tank bracket. Lucas the service rep was great at getting it in and repaired quickly. We are extremely disappointed with how our issue was dismissed. We have spent over $150k on new cars in the past two years and have had nothing but issues with service. From an oil change that went bad (oil filter not tightened and oil leaked everywhere and sprayed all over the inside of our challenger GT) to a run around re faulty tires on a brand new challenger scat pack. When looking to lease we stopped in to take a test drive and we were wow's by Malik's customer service and pricing transparency during the purchasing process ! We came back in a week and Malik delivered the car right to my job for convenience of my work schedule.
